• Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Laundromat Attendant. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the laundromat.
• Operate washing machines and dryers, providing guidance to customers as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide assistance with laundry-related issues.
• Collect payments, operate cash register, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Wash, Dry & Fold is a large part of the job. Must wash, dry and fold Drop Off Customers orders.

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a Fast-Paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads when necessary.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights until 9:15pm and holidays as needed.
