Job Description

Position Summary This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the Resort's first-floor common areas, including hallways, restrooms, lobby spaces, amenities, and linen operations. The position also supports guest room cleaning when needed. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all first-floor common areas: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, scrubbing baseboards/walls, and monitoring floors for water. Clean common restrooms, locker rooms, administrative offices, game room, fitness center, theater, pool area, and other shared spaces; replenish supplies as needed. Clean interior glass, lobby doors, stainless steel surfaces, water fountains, and public telephones.
Manage linen operations:
sorting, counting, folding, marking, reporting damaged linen, and supporting Linen Exchange service. Maintain cleanliness of commercial laundry equipment and dryer filters. Empty trash throughout common areas. Report maintenance issues promptly. Provide reasonable guest assistance when requested. Perform additional duties assigned by management. Qualifications Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent. Ability to read basic English, perform simple math, and work independently. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Work Environment This position works in areas with frequent exposure to wet conditions, chemicals, mechanical equipment, and moderate noise. Duties require regular bending, kneeling, reaching, and occasional climbing. Work hours vary based on seasonal and operational needs.
