About the Role Tide Cleaners is seeking a reliable and skilled Laundry Maintenance Technician to support our Space Coast locations. This role is critical in keeping our equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently across multiple stores. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on dry cleaning and laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, presses, boilers, conveyors, and other equipment as needed Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues and complete repairs in a timely manner Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity Respond to service calls and prioritize urgent equipment issues Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair documentation Coordinate with store managers regarding equipment status and repair timelines Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures Maintain tools, parts inventory, and a clean work environment Qualifications Prior experience in dry cleaning, laundry equipment maintenance, or industrial/mechanical maintenance preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and travel between locations within the Space Coast region Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and work in mechanical environments Dependable, organized, and safety-minded Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Schedule may include occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs

Compensation:
