Compensation:
Up to $14.50 The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring a continuous supply of cleanandfresh linens for guest rooms and hotel operations. This includes washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens in accordance with brand and company standards. The role plays a key part in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency behind the scenes to support overall guest satisfaction.

You will be focused on optimizing each guest's experience by living out our company purpose: "hospitality from our family to yours."
Job Responsibilities:
  • Sort soiled linens and terry, inspecting for stains, damage, or excessive wear.
  • Load washers and dryers in accordance with machine capacity and temperature guidelines.
  • Fold, stack, and organize clean linen, ensuring it meets company quality standards before storing or distributing.
  • Remove lint and debris from dryers aftereach cycle to ensure efficiency and fire safety.
  • Monitor laundry chemical levels and replace empty containers as needed.
  • Report any machine malfunctions, maintenance needs, or linen shortages to your supervisor immediately.
  • Assist with monthly linen inventory and help ensure accurate counts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laundry room by keeping walkways clear, sweeping/mopping floors, and dusting surfaces.
  • Ensure proper handling of cleaning products and adhere to chemical safety protocols.
  • Greet guests encountered during your shift with a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Support the Housekeeping Department as needed by cross-training and assisting with houseperson and room attendant duties.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill linen or laundry-related requests.
  • Follow hotel policies for reporting and turning in lost and found items.
  • Comply with all safety and security procedures, including key control and emergency response.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
  • Complete all required safety training and certifications.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet evolving business demands.
