You'll be working in our warehouse in Largo, FL, processing linens after every event and making sure everything that goes out the door meets our quality standard. This is a detail-oriented, hands-on role. If you take pride in doing things right and like structured, physical work, this is a good fit. What You'll Do
  • Wash, dry, and treat linens using commercial laundry equipment
  • Inspect every piece for stains, tears, burns, fraying, or sizing issues before it goes back into inventory
  • Sort, fold, and package linens to prep for upcoming events
  • Identify and look up products in our inventory system and print the correct labels for stocking
  • Flag and separate damaged items for repair or retirement
  • Keep the linen area organized and inventory counts accurate
  • Work with the warehouse team to meet event-day deadlines What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss
  • Basic computer skills — comfortable enough to look up items and print labels
  • Comfortable with commercial laundry equipment and fabric care (or willing to learn quickly)
  • Organized — you sort, label, and track without being told twice
  • Reliable — events don't move, and neither do our deadlines
  • Able to stand, lift, and move throughout a full shift
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Previous laundry, linen, hotel housekeeping, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Why Gabro
