Full-Time (40 hours/week)

3:00 PM - 11:00

PM Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist customers with washers, dryers, and general questions. Perform wash, dry, and fold services for drop-off customers, following proper care instructions. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry efficiently while maintaining quality and organization. Maintain overall cleanliness of the store, including floors, machines, folding tables, and restrooms. Keep all machines clean and in working order, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning lint traps. Monitor machines and assist customers with any issues or troubleshooting. Handle customer transactions and process wash & fold orders as needed. Restock supplies such as detergents, bags, and vending items. Empty trash, keep the facility organized, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to management.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a laundromat, cleaning, or customer service role is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and stay productive during shifts. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift and handle laundry loads. Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
