Laundry Aide:
Complete laundry for residents as directed. Assist in maintaining a neat and odor free facility. Maintain a work area free of hazardous conditions, i.e., spills, excessive supplies, equipment, etc. Keep work and storage areas in a clean, organized, sanitary, and safe condition. Requirements of the
Laundry Aide:
Practical knowledge of day-to-day cleaning in a long-term care facility. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions. Ability to deal with new tasks without the benefit of written procedures. Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change. Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with staff and vendors.
