Position Summary:

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, uniforms, and other laundry items to maintain cleanliness and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and uniforms. • Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently. • Sort laundry by type, color, and washing requirements. • Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area. • Monitor laundry supplies such as detergent and fabric softener. • Report on equipment issues or maintenance needs. • Ensure timely delivery of clean linens to appropriate areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment. • Attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. • Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
