Job Description

The Laundry Attendant is primarily responsible for performing tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens according to company quality standards. An attendant is often responsible for sorting items by color, weight, and fabric type and making sure items are washed in the proper machine cycle by performing the following duties.
Compensation:
$15 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management. Maintaining all laundry equipment and inform facilities manager as to any maintenance needs. Support other areas of the hotel as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team. Load laundry machines with appropriate cleaning agents and operate according to instructions. Sort linens by type, fabric, and color to prepare for proper washing cycles.
Qualifications:

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed. No prior experience is required; all levels of applicants are welcome.
