Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling all laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and maintaining linen supplies. Your proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming environment, supporting the overall guest experience and operational excellence. Duties Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items based on color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote safety and efficiency Handle special cleaning requests such as dry cleaning or stain removal when necessary Monitor inventory levels of linens and supplies, notifying management when reordering is needed Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals and laundry equipment Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support overall hotel operations Experience Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of laundry procedures including washing, drying, folding, and stain treatment techniques Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads safely Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication ensures our guests leave feeling refreshed and cared for.
