Packaging Laundry Cleaning Full Job Description Schedule:
Monday thru Thursday, 9am-5pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The laundry attendant is primarily responsible for greeting customers, taking in orders, and processing laundry. Use of point-of-sale system to take in laundry orders, including cash/credit card transactions. Attention to detail is critical to process laundry orders without mixup or loss of customer identity. Handle dirty laundry safely, using gloves or masks when needed. Washing/drying/folding and packaging of laundry according to laundry processing instructions. Spot treatment of laundry items when requested. Helping customers pick up their laundry and help them carry it to their vehicles if needed. Answering the phone and responding to customer questions. Cleaning duties such as wiping down machines, vacuuming, cleaning work surfaces. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Driving duties: The driver is primarily responsible for using the company vehicle to deliver and pickup laundry according to the scheduled route. Must possess a Class E driver's license with no tickets or infractions within the last 3 years. Drive the company vehicle to pick up dirty laundry and deliver clean laundry Use of Curbside software to follow delivery route Helping customers pick up their laundry and help them carry it to their vehicles if needed. Answering the phone and responding to customer questions. Clean the vehicle as needed. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone Must be physically agile including bending, squatting, and standing for long periods

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
