You will be the face of our business, assisting customers with their needs, troubleshooting machine issues, and ensuring that the facility meets our high standards of cleanliness at all times. Key Responsibilities1. Cleanliness & Facility Maintenance Keep the main laundry area, folding tables, seating, and restrooms clean, sanitized, and organized. Regularly sweep, mop, and clean up spills or debris promptly to ensure customer safety. Wipe down washers, dryers, folding stations, and detergent vending machines throughout your shift. Empty trash cans and lint traps frequently to maintain facility efficiency and safety. Restock supplies, including paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning products. 2. Customer Service & Support Greet customers warmly as they arrive and create a friendly, hospitable environment. Assist customers with operating washers, dryers, change machines, and detergent dispensers. Address customer questions, concerns, or equipment issues promptly and courteously. Handle wash-and-fold services (if applicable), accurately weighing, washing, drying, folding, and packaging laundry items. 3. Operations & Equipment Care Monitor machines for proper function and report any mechanical failures or maintenance needs to management. Report Out-of-service malfunctioning machines promptly to prevent customer inconvenience. Maintain a basic knowledge of laundry operations to offer tips or guidance to customers on machine settings.
