In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and maintaining linens and garments. Duties Operate laundry machines such as washers and dryers to process linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items by fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform dry cleaning procedures for delicate or special items following established protocols Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with the collection and delivery of laundry items across different hotel departments or guest rooms as needed Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is required Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning processes Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Basic understanding of cleaning safety procedures and chemical handling Join us in delivering exceptional service through meticulous laundry care!
