Duties Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and guest clothing efficiently and safely Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling Use appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sorting stations, machines, and storage spaces Monitor laundry cycles for quality control, removing items that require special attention such as dry cleaning or stain treatment Assist with inventory management by tracking linen supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Experience Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation and cleaning procedures is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to follow safety instructions carefully and handle chemicals responsibly Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction!
