Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing a comfortable environment for our guests. This is an important role in ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding our high standards of cleanliness. As the Laundry Attendant, you would ensure all laundry from the day was washed, dried, folded, and stain-free each day.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
• Other tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols Laundry
• -Wash, dry, and fold all laundry from the day
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and surrounding areas
• Help housekeeping department strip rooms when requested
• Maintain accurate stock of supplies and inform supervisor when low
• Help with daily hotel cleaning tasks when needed
• Other tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Experience:

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards is desirable

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
