In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining spotless guest rooms, handling laundry operations efficiently, and supporting the overall cleanliness of the hotel environment. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of our facility. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and replenishing supplies Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens with precision Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and service spaces to ensure a welcoming environment Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold hygiene standards Follow safety procedures during cleaning processes and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of stock needs Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Requirements Must be able to work weekends and holidays Must have flexible schedule Long periods of standing and bending and the ability to lift 20 pounds consistently Must be fast paced in task performance with the ability to multitask Reliable, team player able to work well with others and assist in other duties when required by management Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred Hands-on experience with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous Knowledge of janitorial practices, floor care methods, and laundry operations enhances your suitability for this role Familiarity with hospitality industry standards ensures a seamless guest experience Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort.
