Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Laundry Attendant, where your attention to detail and dedication will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing linens, towels, and guest clothing to maintain the pristine appearance of our hotel. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of our hotel services. Responsibilities Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, with precision and care Sort laundry items by fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and supplies Conduct quality checks on finished laundry items to meet hotel standards for presentation and hygiene Qualifications Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required Knowledge of laundry techniques, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
