In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing all hotel linens, towels, and guest clothing, maintaining a spotless and organized laundry area. Responsibilities Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Handle delicate items with special care, including dry cleaning processes when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote safety and efficiency Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Follow all safety procedures and quality standards to deliver consistent service excellence Assist with special laundry requests from guests or staff to enhance their experience Qualifications Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required Knowledge of laundry techniques, including dry cleaning and stain removal methods Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate commercial laundry machines safely and effectively Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks Excellent organizational skills with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly impact guest satisfaction!
