Job Description
Position Overview Dr. Clean Laundry is seeking a welcoming, dynamic, collaborative & friendly Team Associate to provide exceptional customer service experience and support daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, and is looking for a flexible part-time opportunity. There will be an opportunity to convert it to a full-time role. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful assistance Help customers with machines, payment systems, and general questions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundromat (floors, restrooms, machines, and surfaces) Restock supplies and keep work areas organized Assist with wash-dry-fold (WDF) services, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging laundry in accordance with the company's SOPs. Ensure timely completion of all periodical cleaning tasks in accordance with the company's SOP Handle customer transactions, including accepting payments and providing change Assist with selling laundry supplies and services as needed Assist with basic machine troubleshooting and report issues to the Team Lead Support opening and closing procedures as needed Work scheduled shifts reliably and professionally What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States Friendly, customer-focused attitude Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
