Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Laundry Attendant, where your attention to detail and dedication will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing laundry operations, maintaining pristine linens and uniforms, and supporting the overall cleanliness of our facility. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that guests remember fondly. Responsibilities Operate laundry machines and equipment to clean linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort, fold, and organize laundry items to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution or guest use Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special fabrics as needed, ensuring proper handling and treatment Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including washing stations, storage rooms, and workspaces to uphold safety and hygiene standards Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies of detergents, cleaning agents, and laundry accessories Follow all safety protocols related to handling chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries Support other housekeeping functions as required to ensure the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property Skills Proven experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of laundry techniques, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and efficiency Ability to operate commercial laundry machines safely and effectively Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety regulations related to chemical handling Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset committed to delivering exceptional guest service Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills directly enhance our guests' experience.
