Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pants Presser, where your attention to detail and dedication will ensure our garments are impeccably prepared for our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for pressing and finishing pants to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and delivering excellent customer service. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to quality and professionalism in every item we handle. Responsibilities Carefully press and finish pants using professional pressing equipment to achieve crisp, wrinkle-free results. Inspect garments for stains, damages, or irregularities, and notify supervisors of any issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and sanitized. Handle customer inquiries politely, providing friendly service and updates on garment status. Follow safety procedures when operating pressing machines and handling laundry chemicals. Assist with basic laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and preparing garments for delivery or pickup. Record completed work accurately, including any special instructions or notes related to customer requests. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel laundry services or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of dry cleaning, laundry processes, and garment care techniques. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or balancing registers when necessary. Experience with cashiering or cash handling is a plus but not required.
