In this energetic position, you will operate pressing equipment to ensure clothes and fabrics are perfectly pressed, neat, and ready for pickup. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain our reputation for outstanding cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities Operate pressing machines and equipment to press garments, ensuring they meet quality standards Inspect clothing items for stains, damages, or irregularities before pressing Handle delicate fabrics with care, following specific cleaning and pressing instructions Assist customers with their garment needs, providing friendly and efficient service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and pressing equipment Manage basic laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and preparing garments for pressing Accurately process transactions including cash handling and cashiering when required Experience Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Experience with cleaning or garment care enhances suitability for this role
