ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Empty all laundry receptacles Properly sort all linen for laundering Pre-spot and pre-soak difficult stains before washing Load and unload washers and dryers Fold linen, individually or with partner based on size Deliver and stack clean linen in supply areas Report any problems immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor or Guest Relations Manager Report to manager when chemicals/items needed for job need to be reordered Store chemicals neatly and properly Communicate with other departments for proper distribution of laundry Promotes outstanding customer relations Performs all other duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Prior laundry experience a plus. Must be able to work alone and/or as a team Must have good communication and organization skills. Must be detail oriented Required to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Able to lift/carry 50 lbs. repeatedly. Frequently walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, carrying and climbing .
