Weekend Laundry Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens and garments in a hotel environment. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all laundry tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. Duties Clean and launder, towels, and linens according to established standards. Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry items for distribution throughout the hotel. Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area by following proper sanitation procedures. Adhere to safety protocols while handling chemicals and operating machinery. Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and notify management when stock is low. Qualifications Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel setting, is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads as necessary.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
