Responsibilities Excellence in Execution — Operate irons, Brauns, and towel machines, and manage the sort line according to established procedures. Every item that leaves this facility should reflect the quality Boyne Mountain guests count on. Serve First — Sort, count, and verify quantities of articles against laundry requisitions to ensure other departments always have what they need, when they need it. Your accuracy and dependability keep the whole resort running smoothly. Long-Term Thinking — Fold and place finished items in their appropriate storage areas with care and consistency, maintaining an organized facility that's easy for the whole team to work in and keeps equipment in good condition over time. Attitude is Everything — Show up ready to work, ready to support your teammates, and ready to take pride in a job well done — even when the work is physically demanding or the pace picks up. Your energy and reliability set the tone for everyone around you. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Available to work days, evenings and every 3RD Saturday and holidays, including 1st and 2nd shifts. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout a shift. Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right.
