Job Summary Join our team as a Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our guests' experience spotless and refreshing! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently handling laundry operations, ensuring all linens, uniforms, and fabrics are cleaned to the highest standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in laundry and cleaning services within a vibrant hospitality setting. Responsibilities Operate laundry machines including washers, dryers, and specialty equipment with precision and care. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing according to established procedures. Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or specialty fabrics when required. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly sanitizing equipment and workspaces. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning and dry cleaning. Assist with additional cleaning duties around the facility as needed to uphold overall hygiene standards. Skills Proven experience with laundry operations or cleaning services is preferred. Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and properly maintained. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving laundry loads throughout shifts. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
