Job Description

Description We are hiring Laundry Attendants! Our "Heart of the House" team keeps everything running behind the scenes! As a Laundry Attendant, you play a vital role in delivering a clean, fresh, and consistent experience by ensuring every linen meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor washers, dryers, and laundry equipment, including proper chemical use. Sort, inspect, and treat linens based on fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed. Load/unload machines, set appropriate cycles, and ensure all items meet cleanliness and quality standards. Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards. Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment (lint traps, filters, etc.). Track linen usage and support inventory processes. Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs. Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns. Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred. Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs. Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining cleanliness standards. Professional communication skills and service-oriented mindset. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays (required).
