• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Time Field Service Technician to join our client's team in Lansing, MI. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial dish machines and commercial laundry equipment at customer locations. A company vehicle and PAID training are provided. Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site repair and preventative maintenance of commercial dish machines and laundry/warewash chemical dosing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and positive interactions with clients.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently while on site.
• Maintain accurate records using company-provided technology (laptop or tablet).

Qualifications:

• Technical or mechanical knowledge to repair and maintain dish machines and related chemical dosing equipment.
• Experience with commercial dishwash equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of 110v and 220v electrical systems preferred.
• Basic plumbing skills preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift loads exceeding 50 lbs.
