Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Public Space & Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas and supporting laundry operations to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Area Duties Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, meeting rooms, and other public spaces Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize assigned areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Restock supplies in public restrooms Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards Laundry Duties Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and towels Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently Monitor linen inventory and report shortages Inspect linens for damage and remove stained or worn items Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment Qualifications Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required Ability to operate cleaning and laundry equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management skills Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 25-50 lbs Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
