Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team.
- Duties
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry items using commercial laundry equipment
- Operate dry cleaning machines and follow safety protocols
- Handle and process guest laundry and linens
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
- Restock laundry supplies and maintain inventory
- Monitor and report any issues with laundry equipment
- Follow hotel policies and procedures for laundry operations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation
- Experience
- Prior experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and processes
- Ability to lift and move heavy laundry bags and equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
