Laundry Aide

Summary We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to join our team at Baptist Homes of Tri County. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents, contributing to their overall comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Perform routine washing for resident clothes, linens, towels. Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipement Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Ensure all resident clothing are in good condition, labeled, delivered and stored appropriately. Follow infection control procedures to promote a safe environment for residents. Requirements Previous experience in commercial or custodial cleaning and laundry preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards residents and staff. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards.
