Responsibilities Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting laundry areas to uphold hygiene standards Handle delicate items such as dry cleaning processes when necessary, following proper procedures for quality assurance Maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Ensure all laundry processes comply with safety protocols and environmental regulations Assist with the collection and delivery of linens throughout the facility as needed Skills Proven experience in laundry operations or cleaning services preferred Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance techniques Ability to perform dry cleaning tasks with attention to detail and quality standards Strong organizational skills to manage multiple loads efficiently Excellent physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving heavy items throughout shifts Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times
