Full Job Description About Us:

Spin It Baby Laundromat is proudly powered by Capulet Cleaning, a leading short-term rental cleaning company in Charlotte. We support Airbnb and vacation rental operations and are growing quickly. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Laundry Associates to join our team and help manage high-volume wash and fold operations.

Schedule:

Laundromat operates Monday-Sunday Current need: Sundays and Mondays Shifts may vary based on workload

Job Overview:

This role focuses on handling large volumes of laundry efficiently and maintaining high quality standards. You will be responsible for sorting, washing, drying, folding, and preparing laundry for delivery or pickup.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect dirty and wet laundry bags from designated drop-off areas Sort laundry by color, fabric, and type Spot treat stains and items requiring special attention Load and unload washers and dryers Transfer laundry between machines as needed Fold and package laundry (including sheets, fitted sheets, towels, etc.) Prepare completed laundry for delivery to storage facilities Process customer drop-off laundry orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow proper equipment usage and safety procedures Support general day-to-day laundromat operations

Requirements:

Experience with high-volume wash and fold required Ability to lift 30-50 pounds consistently Must be able to properly fold all types of linens (including fitted sheets) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to follow instructions

Pay & Growth Opportunities:

Starting at $15.00 per hour Weekly pay (every Friday) Performance-based earning potential based on productivity and reliability Opportunities for raises at 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and beyond
