Overnight Laundry Attendant

Job Summary Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and supply an adequate amount of linens for Room Attendants to properly complete all duties, including collection, washing, and folding. Maintain an efficient pace and keep areas clean. Ensure proper operation of laundry equipment; report issues to management. Handle and store all cleaning agents according to set regulations. Identify and report any linens found that is not Hyatt property. Other duties, as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a customer-focused industry, or a combination of both. Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, including a positive attitude, organization, attention to detail, an ability to multi-task, and excellent grooming standards. Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service, and providing quick solutions for guest needs. Must be a team player and able to work independently with an emphasis on commitment to working together to ensure a positive guest experience, which requires attention to helping another teammate in a different department at times.
