Job Description Pocket Change Laundry is a small business located at 1620 Brevard Road, Suite 50, Hendersonville, NC . We are professional, autonomous, and customer-centric, and our goal is to provide excellent customer service to members of the Hendersonville community and surrounding areas. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive experience by guiding customers on how to use the facilities effectively. Operate and maintain washing machines and dryers. Wash, dry, and FOLD laundry to high standards. Folding laundry is a regular and important part of this role, ensuring all items are neatly presented and handled with care. Keep the laundry facility clean and organized, check and clean equipment regularly, and restock necessary supplies. Follow all safety and health regulations, report any issues, and participate in safety training. Monitor and report inventory levels, suggest operational improvements, and help maintain efficient service. Work closely with team members to achieve facility goals and provide support during peak or busy times. Provide backup support to other team members when necessary and adapt to varying shift requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in laundry or customer service is beneficial but not required. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to operate basic laundry machinery and maintain a clean workspace. Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing business needs. Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Team members may be called in when additional support is needed, particularly during busy days such as Mondays or Fridays .
