Job Description:

The Reception and Treatment Center is currently seeking self-motivated, results-driven candidates for the position of Laundry Operator. Duties:

Control operations of laundry to include washing, drying, ironing, sorting, delivery and maintenance using inmate labor. Maintain safety and sanitation of laundry area. Requirements /

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in commercial housekeeping, sanitation, and/or laundry operations with responsibility for procuring and storing cleaning agents and supervising subordinates. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least one year of correctional experience to include supervision of inmates.

Other:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
