Laundry Aide

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of linens, towels, and garments in a hotel or similar environment. This position requires a commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Launder various items including linens, towels, comforters, and blankets. Sort, wash, dry, and fold items according to established procedures. Operate laundry equipment such as washers and dryers effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry and storage area to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor inventory levels of linen/towel supplies and report any shortages to management. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while handling chemicals and equipment. Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to requests from the cleaning staff or customers regarding laundry needs. Skills Experience in laundering and dry cleaning processes is preferred. Familiarity with Airbnb operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and guests.
