Duties Operate dry cleaning machines, laundry equipment, and other cleaning tools efficiently to process garments and textiles. Receive customer items, accurately record details, and ensure proper handling throughout the cleaning process. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including washing stations, storage rooms, and customer service counters. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities. Perform basic math calculations for billing, pricing, and inventory management. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during cleaning procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of dry cleaning processes, laundry techniques, and general cleaning practices. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently. Good organizational skills with attention to detail in handling garments and managing tasks. Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory. Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers confidently.
