This position handles resident clothing and facility linens with care, accuracy, and respect. Responsibilities Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and linens. Label and track personal items to ensure they are returned to the correct resident. Follow procedures for handling soiled laundry, infection prevention, and safe use of chemicals and equipment. Keep the laundry room, carts, and equipment clean and organized. Report damaged equipment, missing items, and supply needs promptly. Work courteously with residents, families, and other team members. Will rotate to housekeeping roles as needed. Qualifications Laundry, housekeeping, or senior living experience is helpful; training is provided. Ability to follow written instructions and maintain attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift laundry throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a commitment to resident dignity and service.
