Responsibilities Operate laundry machines and equipment efficiently to process linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing Sort, fold, and organize laundry items with care, ensuring quality standards are upheld Perform cleaning duties in laundry areas, including sanitizing machines and workspaces regularly Handle special requests such as dry cleaning or stain removal with professionalism and attention to detail Maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and operating machinery to ensure a safe work environment Assist with general cleaning tasks around the facility to support overall cleanliness and hygiene standards Skills Proven experience in laundry operations, including use of commercial laundry equipment Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, stain removal, and fabric care Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable, providing insight into guest service expectations Excellent attention to detail to ensure linens are spotless and well-maintained Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly contribute to guest satisfaction!
