The beautiful, new Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Henderson is opening in June 2026 and we are currently hiring for a full-time swing shift (2:30PM-10:30PM) laundry attendant. Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Hotel Laundry Attendant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional guest experiences! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the laundry operations to ensure all linens and towels are impeccably cleaned, pressed, and ready for use. Your attention to detail and dedication will help maintain the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position offers a lively work environment where your efforts directly contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities Operate laundry machines, including washers and dryers with precision and care. Sort, load, and unload laundry items efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Inspect linens for stains or damages; perform stain removal or notify management for repairs. Ensure all laundry is properly pressed, folded, and stocked according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and equipment to promote a safe and organized workspace. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low. Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation to ensure a secure environment. Cross-train in cleaning rooms as back-up when needed. Act as porter/houseman and assist the front desk by brining items as needed to guest rooms. Skills Proven experience in laundry operations, including use of commercial laundry machines. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and stain removal methods. Ability to perform detailed inspections to maintain quality standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and guest service expectations is a plus. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues promptly.
