That's why health, balance and well-being are core values in everything we do. Job Summary The Laundry Supervisor oversees the Laundry Attendant team to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience. The position requires a hands-on approach to daily operations, guiding and inspiring the team to maintain clean, organized, and beautifully presented resort facilities aligned with Mirbeau and Forbes standards. Pay Rate:
$21.00•25.00 per hour Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Excellence Uphold company standards of excellence, service, and hospitality in every interaction Maintain knowledge of spa offerings, amenities, wellness programs, and policies to provide informed, courteous guidance to guests Monitor and inspect all spa areas, including locker rooms, fitness areas, treatment hall, Aqua Bistro, resting area, and closets•ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for guests Listen, acknowledge, and resolve guest concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally Ensure the quality of all linens and uniforms Team Leadership & Operations Oversee daily operations of the Laundry department and Laundry Attendant team Hire, train, develop, and supervise staff workgroup, providing performance feedback and addressing disciplinary actions as needed Create and maintain a positive, motivating work environment that boosts morale, engagement, and productivity Schedule staff effectively, manage timekeeping, PTO, and shift coverage for the Laundry Attendant staff Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, composure, and adherence to company policies Maintain all equipment and report any maintenance needs Manage budget and ensure the laundry department meets financial goals Collaboration & Communication Maintain clear, respectful communication with management team regarding staffing, guest concerns, or operational issues requiring attention Attend meetings as required Ensure staff adherence to uniform, appearance, and professional behavior standards Act as manager-on-duty as assigned, overseeing shift operations Directly assist the laundry attendants with shifts as needed Maintain a flexible schedule, with the availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Collaborate with other departments for timely pick-up and delivery of linen and laundry items Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements Education & Experience 2+ years of experience in spa, hospitality, or related field required Experience in laundry services, preferably in a supervisory role, within hotels, motels, or other hospitality settings preferred Guest Service & Team Leadership Dedication to exceptional guest service Pleasant, approachable personality and neat, professional appearance Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Technical & Operational Skills Knowledge of laundry equipment, supplies, and techniques preferred Computer proficiency Exceptional attention to detail Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges effectively Physical Requirements Must be in good health and able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Employee Perks & Company Benefits Discounted rates for services and retail items within the spa!! 401K with company match Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Plan Employee Assistance Program and Resources Paid time off for full-time AND part-time employees!!
