Counter Clerk

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service at the counter Process payments accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills Assist customers with laundry, dry cleaning, and other cleaning services Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintain cleanliness of the work area Answer customer questions regarding services offered and pricing Ensure all transactions are recorded properly with basic math accuracy Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment that reflects high standards of hospitality Experience Previous hospitality experience is preferred Familiarity with dry cleaning and laundry processes is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience in cleaning or maintaining cleanliness standards in a commercial setting Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks efficiently Prior cashiering or cash handling experience is advantageous This role offers an engaging environment where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make a real difference.
