•Join our dynamic team as a Dry Cleaning Tagger, where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure garments are processed with precision and care. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately tagging, sorting, and preparing clothing items for cleaning, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your expertise in garment care and customer service will contribute to delivering exceptional laundry and dry cleaning services that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Attach accurate tags to garments, ensuring proper identification for processing and delivery Sort clothing items based on fabric type, cleaning requirements, and customer instructions Operate garment care machines such as pressing machines, dry cleaning equipment, and laundry washers/dryers safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning workstations, tools, and equipment using appropriate detergents Handle heavy lifting safely when moving bulk items or large loads of laundry or garments Process cash transactions accurately at the cashier station, including handling cash and processing payments Assist with garment finishing tasks such as pressing, folding, and inspecting for quality assurance Follow safety protocols related to manual handling, chemical use, and equipment operation to ensure a safe work environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their garments are cared for with professionalism Experience Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable, especially roles involving garment finishing or laundry services Knowledge of fabric care principles, dry cleaning processes, garment pressing techniques, and laundry operations is preferred Familiarity with garment care machinery such as pressing machines and dry cleaning equipment is advantageous Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely Basic math skills for processing transactions and inventory management Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism and effective communication skills Join us in delivering top-tier garment care services through your dedication and expertise.
