Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as industrial washers and dryers Handle materials carefully using proper manual handling techniques to prevent damage and ensure safety. Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements before washing. Use laundry detergents and cleaning agents safely while adhering to all safety standards in production. Manage push carts and other materials handling tools efficiently to transport laundry loads throughout the facility. Perform routine sanitation of laundry areas, machines, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Requirements Prior experience with cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly, including lifting bulky laundry loads safely. Basic math skills for measuring detergents and managing inventory levels. Knowledge of safety protocol adherence in a production environment is essential. Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and quality control.
