Job Description
Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Brood Attendant to join our Oak Forrest team in Continental.
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:00pm with weekends as needed, averaging 35 hours a weekSTARTING HOURLY RATE
$18.05 with the potential of increasing to $19.30 after 90 daysADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided.Job functions include:
Keeping farm clean, maintain laundry, maintain supply inventoryAdministering medicines as directed from managerMonitoring birds for signs of distress or diseaseEnsuring feed and water availability to birdsBenefits
