Job Description
Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a full time 1st shift Grow Out Attendant to join our team in Continental.
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 7:00am-2:00pm and occasional weekendsSTARTING HOURLY RATE
$17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 daysADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.Job functions include:
Keeping farm clean, maintaining laundry and supply inventoryEnsuring feed and water availability to birdsMonitoring birds for signs of distress or diseaseBenefits
