Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and specialty equipment to clean linens, towels, and guest uniforms efficiently. Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal care. Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or specialty fabrics as needed. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies to uphold safety and hygiene standards. Assist with the collection and delivery of laundry items to designated areas or guest rooms promptly. Follow proper procedures for stain removal and fabric care to preserve the quality of textiles. Ensure all laundry tasks are completed in accordance with hotel policies and environmental sustainability practices. Requirements Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, stain removal, and dry cleaning processes. Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads comfortably. Basic understanding of cleaning standards and safety protocols in a hospitality environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest service and collaboration.
