Job Summary We're looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys helping people and takes pride in a clean, well-run environment. This role combines customer service with hands-on laundry work—you'll assist customers, keep the store welcoming, and ensure every order is handled with care and attention to detail.

Schedule Tuesday and Wednesday:

2:00 PM - 9:00 PM Additional hours may be available to cover shifts as needed Must be 17 or older What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a helpful, positive experience Assist self-service customers with machines, questions, and basic troubleshooting Sort, wash, dry, and neatly fold laundry according to company standards Check items for stains or damage and handle with care Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas Follow safety procedures when operating equipment Help monitor laundry supplies and notify when stock is low Manage time effectively to keep orders moving and customers satisfied What We're Looking For Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Attention to detail and pride in quality work Basic comfort with technology (POS systems, machines, etc.) Ability to stand for long periods and lift laundry bags Previous laundry or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will train you Pay & Perks $10/hour starting pay; $11/hour with experience $25 monthly laundry credit Eligible for monthly incentive opportunities after 90 days Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why You'll Like This Job This is a great role for someone who enjoys staying active, interacting with people, and seeing the results of their work every day.
