Duties Operate garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment with precision and adherence to safety standards Handle textiles and laundry materials carefully, ensuring proper sorting, washing, drying, and finishing of linens, uniforms, and garments Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning work areas, equipment, and tools regularly to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety protocols Assist with materials handling using push carts or other equipment to transport heavy loads safely throughout the facility Follow detailed instructions for laundry processes including stain removal, garment care, and textile cleaning techniques Adhere strictly to safety protocols during manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting or operating machinery to prevent injuries Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests or concerns related to laundry services promptly and professionally Experience Previous experience in laundry services or textile cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Basic math skills are helpful for measuring detergents or calculating load capacities accurately Experience with hotel or hospitality laundry operations is a plus but not mandatory Strong attention to detail.
